Applications and membership

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Every application is subject to eligibility review, verification and approval. False or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension or termination.

Member services

Membership services are provided according to the applicable plan, Council procedures and member standing. WYEC does not provide investment, legal, tax, immigration or regulated financial advice.

Commercial responsibility

Members remain responsible for their own commercial decisions, independent due diligence and professional advice. A Council introduction does not constitute an endorsement of any person, company or opportunity.

Identity and representation

Members must describe their status accurately and may use the Council's name, marks or membership designation only as authorised. Governance appointments and formal decisions follow separate Council procedures.

Payments

Annual fees are invoiced only after approval and acceptance of the applicable membership terms. Membership is activated after payment has been confirmed.
