World Young Entrepreneurs Council uses application information to assess eligibility, verify identity and enterprise standing, administer membership, provide requested services and maintain necessary records.
Access and disclosure
Access to applicant and member records is limited according to role and operating need. Information provided for a business introduction is disclosed to a prospective counterpart only with the member's permission.
Public member profiles
A public member profile is published only with explicit consent. Members may change or withdraw that consent by contacting the Council.
Service providers and payments
The Council may use service providers to operate its website, verification, communications and payment functions. Payment card numbers and security codes are collected by the payment provider and are not stored by WYEC.
Retention and records
Application, verification, membership and service records are retained for administration, accountability, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Access-sensitive actions and status changes may be recorded for security and audit purposes.
